Shane Duffy

Born in Panama but raised in Texas, Shane Duffy has accomplished much in his life and career. As a soldier, Shane served his country in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. On the topic of Afghanistan, Shane noted, “It was an experience nothing like you could imagine and nothing like I could have ever expected.” In contrast, Shane’s modeling career began at Texas State University where he participated in an open casting call for a TSU fashion show.

Before receiving his deployment orders, Shane had already established an incredible career for himself at such a young age. Shane’s press bio makes his business acumen plain. His accomplishments include spokes modeling for Contigo, a Latin-American line of clothing sold exclusively by Dillard’s Department stores. His press kit also notes that Shane has landed appearances in GQ and Esquire and even earned himself a small role in Friday Night Lights. On top of that, he was managing his own media company, 507 Advertising, and he earned a double major in Computer Information Services and Business Management.

After returning from Afghanistan, Shane moved to Hollywood to pursue modeling. He has since participated in acting classes, has earned parts in several commercials and has show four episodes of “Show Veneto” in Panama. Shane is currently the face of Daniel-Dolce Italy and has no plans to stop there. His press release states that he is continuing his pursuits in acting and looking forward to working in novellas and other promising projects. “I feel very fortunate of all the opportunities I have had this early in my life,” Shane says, “and would not change a thing about the past!”
