Seth owes his modeling career to his other professions. “I am an actor and singer and fell into modeling.” Although modeling is not his main focus, he has appeared in the 2010 Ripped Genes Calendar as the cover model. ”As he looks to his future in the modeling industry, he would love to work with Ralph Lauren. He loves modeling because of “the creativity that both the photographer and I embark on. You never take every photo perfect, it is exciting when you try something different and your hard work and industrious attitudes produce THE SHOT.” As an actor he has had roles in “Gossip Girl, Law & Order, Gravity, Hated, How to Make it in America and a Men’s Health Documentary appearing on TLC and The Discovery Channel” as well as “playing Luke in the Altar Boyz that played in Pennsylvania.” His music career has led him to be the “former opening act for Grammy nominated country artist Jessica Andrews,” as well as performing “The Star-Spangled Banner at an NBC event with guest speaker Andrea Mitchell and singing to Sharon Stone.” When it comes to his personal style, it’s “fresh, all-American and sporty,” but he is most comfortable in “gym clothes or jeans and T-shirts in that order.”

He believes that to be a successful model you need “realism, a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude.” When he gets rejected, “it’s never easy, but there is always tomorrow.” His advice to up and coming models is “to have a few goals or aspirations. This business is not your friend. If you want to make any money from it, you have to treat it like a job, but not take it too seriously either. Finally, it does not hurt to be realistic. I am barely 5'10" I will never be a high fashion model. If you look at major entertainers in ad campaigns, they are selling fragrances, watches, jewelry and cars, that’s where I want to be someday.” As for his place at On Display Men, “it’s an honor to be featured with so many other serious models. I think it is the right place for me and my look.”
When it comes to Seth’s life goals, “I want to be happy and healthy, afford to do nice things for my loved ones and travel so I can see the world I read about in school for all these years.” He is driven by “the prize, modeling is a great way to introduce myself to the world as I begin acting projects and start recording my first album.” As for who inspires him, “I don’t really have one person in mind. I find unique things about many men that I admire, Brian McKnight, Lance Armstrong and Michael Phelps each have many amazing traits. I look up to people who seem to have relentlessly gone after it.”

When people first meet Seth, “I think I energize people. I am really excited about life and all the opportunities that are coming up. It is hard not to want to make other people just as excited.” And if you were to ask his friends, they would tell you that he is “passionate, full of energy and innovative.” People would be surprised to learn that “I may be in the entertainment business but I am pretty low key. I would rather grab a pizza and catch a movie than go clubbing all night. I enjoy doing the things you see people do in movies, grab coffee, meet for a sandwich at the corner diner. Put me in a loud club with random people, and I am bored. I enjoy people on more of a one-on-one basis.”
Seth stays in great shape by “eating right and working out six days a week.” As for the workout itself “I have to mix it up, pretty much trick my body into staying with it. I swam from high school through college. I was in the water or the gym a total of 17 hours a week. These days between castings, auditions and rehearsals, I don’t have time to swim. In fact my gym does not even have a pool... so I shuffle cardio in between weights. I usually do about 15 minutes of cardio as a warm up and then one muscle group per day. I finish with 15-20 minutes of running and 10 minutes of abs. If I really don’t want to be there, I will do abs first or put all the cardio at the end.” When it comes to sports, he “swims, plays golf and tennis, rock climbs and runs” but he likes to watch “swimming, tennis, track and field and basketball.”
When he’s not modeling, “I enjoy traveling, concerts and the occasional rooftop party.” But when he just wants to relax, he likes to “read a magazine, listen to music or go for a walk.” With his friends he likes “going to movies, dinners and road trips.” His dream vacation would be to “Australia. Ever since I saw Point Break I have wanted to go surfing there.”
